Brought into the Network Management Team to do futuristic design for Netcool/OMNIbus Event Management.• Developed database logging for the Netcool/OMNIbus system, which gave a behind the scene insight on system issues. Led to several permanent solutions, which stabilized over all Netcool/OMNIbus environments. • Designed and implemented Action Triggers for consistent and advance event processing. • Used Perl CGI and JavaScript to create several web pages to maintain tables for event enhancements. • Embarcadero Delphi programs were created and used to simulate and analyze events. • Developed mainframe Netcool/OMNIbus integrations to create Remedy Incidents. Integrations allowed Netcool/OMNIbus to process 100% of all Incidents.During this brief time period, honored with two awards dealing with the advance processing of events:• 2011 Associate of the Quarter (3rd) • 2011 IT Team of the Quarter (4th)

Developed Embarcadero Delphi Applications to offset shortcoming of various products. Solutions contained Mainframe CA-OPS integrations. Developed the following applications:• GetAccess System - Five Window Services, a Web Broker Program, two Operator Clients, a Configuration Client, and three programs in support of database migration with cleanup.• Store Listener - Non-blocking listener that handles request from approximately 7000 servers• Management At A Glance (MAG) - Five Window Services, a Web Broker Program, and three Operator Clients • Notification System (paging, voice, email, and messaging notification) - Two Web Broker Programs, Eight Window Programs, and a single Window Service.Because of the Remedy Store integration project, honored with this prestigious award:• 2007 Chairman’s AwardThe Store Listener was a central part of this project. Embarcadero Delphi was also used to bring multiple Mainframe applications to a single operator view. Application allowed for historical follow-up and served as a early warning system for service level agreements.
