I am currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Energy Coordinating Agency whose mission is to help people conserve energy and promote a sustainable and socially equitable energy future for all. Our programs are focused on clean and sustainable energy practices and supporting underserved individuals in their energy efficiency needs. Our green jobs training center provides opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to enter family-sustaining career pathways and our widespread community programs offer education, outreach, energy assistance and educational workshops highlighting the benefits of energy efficient practices and home solutions.Formerly the Vice President of Impact and Service Delivery at Better Tomorrows, I oversaw social service programming within affordable housing communities across the US, serving diverse populations by providing youth educational programs, case management, adult education and community programming. I have over 10 years of experience in leading high-performing teams, driving metrics for program quality and impact, and ensuring continuous improvement while building positive stakeholder relationships.I am a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) with a passion for empowering individuals and communities to achieve their goals and overcome personal and systemic challenges. I enjoy developing and delivering effective training and curricula, facilitating leadership development opportunities, and providing individual coaching and mentorship for growing leaders. I am also a creative mission-focused leader who promotes positive work culture, advocates for individuals served, and drives social change through impactful programming.
