* Responsible for sales growth and distribution expansion of beauty and Cosmetics products in East Java* Managing awarness of market condition & competition, to create new sales new strategy* Arrange and monitor Call Plan & Salesman target

* Responsible for KPI achievement (GMV, Active Outlet)* Handle and Development Salesman for the Sidoarjo area.* Oversee operations and coordination with logistics division, warehouse with CSM* Managing relationships with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.

* Increase sales in the area that is tasked by each distributor* Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached* Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target* Arrange call plan and salesman sales target* Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors* Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto)* Participate in monitoring the store's account receivable* Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision* Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly* Monitor and increase performance of Beauty Advisor to achieve monthly target

* Handle 3 distributors and 11 Salesmen in Surabaya and Gresik*Responsible for digitizing Toko Kelontong* Educate Partners to use the Sahabat Warung Application* Create and monitor Call Plan Salesman* Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly sales* Coordinate with ERTM Lead, AASM Unilever, OM Distributor regarding operational, promo implementation and product distribution

* Handle All BA TT Beauty Channel in Surabaya North (East Java 1)* Controlling and monitoring the implementation of promos on the TT Beauty Channel (Cosmetic Shop)* Create and monitor BA targets and achievements* Conducting coaching to increase understanding of BA product knowledge and selling skills* Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly sales* Coordinate with AASM Unilever, OM Distributor regarding operational, promo implementation and product distribution

* Supervising and coordinating the SPG team on Channel Moder Trade* Control and monitor the implementation of promos* Create and monitor targets and achievement of selling out SPG* Coaching for BA to increase understanding of SPG product knowledge and selling skills*Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly sales* Coordinate with KAR Unilever, USL Unilever regarding operations, promo implementation and product distributionOpen in Google

* Selling Unilever Personal Wash category products such as Lifebuoy, Lux, Dove, Citra etc* Help the shopper determine the choice of products that suit their needs* Provide product recommendations as needed* Achieving Perfect Store targets (OSA, NPD, SOS, Promo) and sales targets* Create suggest orders dan coordinate with USL & Dept.
