For more than 6 years, I've been working in the manufacturing process of steel structures. I started my career in the automotive industry in 2016 at PT. Indomitra Sedaya, where I applied my skills in machine shop and tool making (jigs, fixtures, and dies). Later, I moved to the manufacturing process of steel structures, accumulating approximately 6 years of experience as a production engineer at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk. I have a deep understanding of fabrication and machining processes for steel structures, including the production of tools such as jigs, fixtures, and dies. I have achieved a 25th improvement target within a year, increasing production capacity and reducing material handling costs. Together with the team I manage, we have successfully achieved the highest production results while also reducing the levels of rejection and repairs in the production department consecutively. I am an adaptive, creative individual with a strong team orientation. My adaptability allows me to quickly integrate into new and dynamic work environments. Strong engineering professional with a bachelor's degree focused on industrial engineering and a diploma's degree focused on manufacturing engineering with a specialization in tool making.
