Responsibility :Performs Quality Control activities of incoming material and coordinates Project Quality Assurance/ Quality Control efforts to ensure the intended results in according with contract requirements.All release and/or rejected work/ inspection/ testing are under ultimate judgment of QA/QC Engineer accordance with the technical specification.Monitors implementation of Inspection Policies and Procedure, Coordinates qualification test and determines the validity in accordance with regulation, codes, specifications and procedures; scheduling and monitoring their inspection result and reporting the result to Construction ManagerEnsures that certification and validity of adjustment and calibration, inspection, test and measuring equipment.Developing and Maintains a current file of Non Conforming items and punch list. The NCR system is implemented and utilized to record any deficiencies or non-conformance with specified project requirement and to provide corrective action to ensure the deficiencies will not repeat in the futurePerforms Quality Audits to all contractors to determine whether quality activities are effectively implemented as per requirements. The quality report audit shall provide positive feedbacks, findings, and recommendations to be followed up for improvement. An agreed date is set to check whether the contractor have implemented the recommendationsPerforms Field Inspections activities to inspect and review the field activities at fabrication and/or installation and ensuring that the Contractors’ work are in accordance to the approved ITP and project requirementConducted Assessment and Verfication regularly as a site V&V (verification and validation) by filling the surveillance checklist to assess and verify that ITP and SOP or SRP have been implemented by contractors. Findings are recorded and will be closed when the solution is applied.
