As part of my responsibilities, I am in charge of the inventory of Personal Protection Equipment and the quotation with suppliers. Likewise, I have been assigned the weekly induction processes for new hired and contractors, as well as their subsequent accompaniment. On the other hand, I have attended the Daily Process Scalation meetings: "TIER 2" and "TIER 3".In the daily routine I am in charge of executing communications at site level, accompanying meetings and training of the brigade, intervening in medical consultation and physiotherapy processes, following up INS cases and recording information in the "Velocity EHS" platform. On a weekly basis, I supervise the site to evaluate working habits and conditions and identify areas for improvement.I have had the opportunity to reactivate the "Stretching" and "BBS" programs, as well as to follow up on audit actions, reaching solutions to several of these findings.

I was assigned to fulfill audit actions related to: work at heights, Log Out Tag Out (LOTO), Machine Guarding and Power Industrial trucks.

My job here was to assist Amazon employees with their leaves of absences and to guided them on how to send or submit documentation. I had to provided them support with all the questions regarding their absences and explained them when they were eligible or not. Also, when they needed a specific accommodation at work so they were able to continue working if they had a disability.

As an acting role here, the job was to reviewed the requests for the leave of absences the employees submitted due to medical or personal reasons. We needed to reviewed if the employee was eligible or not to the leave of absence and based on the documentation we received to supported the request proceed with the process for the approval or denial of the request. Also, we were in charge of running the eligibility for the payments of the leave of absences and making the resolution of the payments too.

I worked as a customer services representative, here I developed different types of tasks with the customers that call us. Basically, I had to provided them support with the issue that they are calling about.

I have covered vacations and leaves, the main tasks I have performed in this position are related to the areas for customer service and administrative support, answering phone calls, managing the agenda of medical appointments, billing (including electronic billing), file and records management, among others.
