I am currently working in the central Learning team of Airbus covering two activities. As Learning Plan Manager for Airbus Defence & Space Division, I am responsible to ensure that the priorities of the business regarding the Learning Plan (LP) are covered. This requires a coordination with a multi-functional team (Learning specialists, KAMs, etc) to ensure that all actors involved in the process are aligned and coordinated, to deliver the right learning solutions according to business needs. On the other side, as Community of Practice Leader I am in charge of the functional coordination of the Learning specialists across all core countries, to ensure alignment and continuous upskilling & development.
