Sofia Wernick is a multilingual Fulbright grantee and Master’s in Financial Management graduate who unites the rigor of quantitative finance and the richness of the humanities to deliver deeper insights and effective action plans in each of her professional and academic pursuits.Sofia’s professional experience spans four financial firms in sectors including wealth management and alternative assets, 3+ years of professional teaching, and leadership and collaboration with teams in three languages. Sofia has adapted quickly and effectively to each position. While spearheading business development for the Luxembourg School of Business, she strengthened institutional ties with LATAM’s premier business schools, achieving a 300% conversion rate in student enrollment. In another instance, she conducted due diligence of 15+ AI CRM and workflow tools while restructuring Argent Bridge Advisory’s tech stack to meet the needs of complex stakeholder groups.Academically, Sofia synthesized her alternative assets industry experience from BNP Paribas with her Master’s research in AI neurocybernetics, information theory, and strategic management. Research for this 6 month project included analysis of 100+ academic papers (both qualitative and technical) and live informational interviews with 35+ top industry executives in three different languages. Her Master’s thesis received high honors and is being prepared for submission to conferences including the Academy of Management’s 2025 conference in Copenhagen, and publication in Bocconi’s Economia e Management.Presently, Sofia is pursuing opportunities in finance where she can refine her analytical abilities, strengthen her strategic thinking, and contribute her trademark inquiry, integrity, and drive at an organization that champions innovation, entrepreneurship, and human flourishing.
