Social Anthropology Master´s Degree Fellow

My role consists in designing, planning and executing digital education inclusion programs to empower targeted audiences in Latin America such as business partners, educators, students, underrepresented groups and non-profits while partnering with stakeholders and internal teams.Skills: project management, budget execution, development of communication materials, operational & logistics for in person and virtual training webinars and events, results reporting. Main achievements:•Potenciando Comunidades is a running educational program that aims to empower communities with digital education and opportunities in the market. During 2021, more than 8k people were impacted with training and 200 participants obtained their Meta Certification. This year (2022) a special edition to support Women/Moms was launched and more than 600 women completed Meta educational offers. By updating their digital skills, they were able to reallocate in the market and even start the business they always dreamed of. The program was recognized in the local press and was expanded to the Asian region.•Meta University Program seeks to reduce the gaps in digital knowledge among students who are completing their university education and get them ready for the workspace. Students are trained on the basic assets they need for the future: how to start an online business and create a community, how to plan campaigns strategies, and also an intro to VR world with Spark AR. During 2021 and 2022, the program scaled education and digital marketing capabilities to +100K students from public and private universities in Latin America.Inside @Meta, I am part of the Social Impact Team supporting non-profits with coaching, a networking group and special industry events with +500 NGO´s already impacted in Latin America region.

Communication Strategy & Events execution for companies such as Facebook, Pepsico, Ericsson and Samsonite: summits; product launches; destination meetings and workshops. Project leader for Meta Blueprint educational events in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico).

Based on the field work carried out at CeSAC No. 40, located in Villa 1-11-14 we suggested better ways of action to strengthen and improve the existing communication between the CeSAC, the DSA and the community.
