As a present Western Governors University student, my goals are to currently expand my knowledge of the vast network of information technology topics including but not limited to cloud, networking, and cyber, with a long-term focus on cyber and information assurance.My present experience consists of extensive hands-on work with Identification and Access Management platforms such as Active Directory and Red Hat Single Sign On. Additionally I possess administrative knowledge on common ITSM solutions Remedy and ServiceNow.I also hold over one years experience of working on a military base at AFSOC Headquarters Hurlburt Field, in a secure classified information facility providing over-the-phone as well as virtual customer support on a variety of different services from web applications to mobile device management services for both a classified and unclassified customer base.
