Process payroll for US and part of Canada employees, run and audit reports to validate information in the system, reconciliation of differences, provide support to BU’s, Human Resources and employees when there are issues or questions regarding paychecks. Process manual checks, assist with garnishments and tax procedures, do manual entries in the system in order to pay bonuses, commissions and others. I have provided help with the implementation of Workday and have trained other co-workers.

-As Specialist: In charge of collections, billing and cash application of a specific business unit. Prepare month end reports, and reconciliation of accounts.-As Agent:Collection process in general, follow up with customers about the payment status of invoices, issues and broken promises. Biweekly meetings with the Business Unit in order to review the aging report and the accounts’ status. Prepare disputes in the system to follow up their status, escalate issues and process clearings.
