Throughout my career, I have honed my project management skills in Costa Rica’s public organizations, as well, the tech industry, specializing in services supply chain and systems migration. In my roles as a project manager, I have fostered strong collaborations with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, along with effective communication and alignment on project objectives. I thrive in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Furthermore, I have experience in the academy (University of Costa Rica), leading academic projects as well as develop researching. I have delivered trainings to communities and students, participated in researches and presented academic conferences.As a lifelong learner and a keen eye for detail and innovation, I have developed the ability to think strategically, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in order to achieve the team’s success.
