Talent Acquisition Coordinator Sr Specialist
Actively participate in sourcing and recruiting activities, including phone screens, intake sessions, and resume filtering. Execute and collaborate on continuous improvement projects within the coordination team, partnering with the Brazil talent acquisition team to streamline processes and reduce time. Maintain effective communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates within the recruitment cycle status ensuring customer experience quality. Responsible for sharing reports and overseeing the distribution, while monitoring the team workload to ensure efficiency and balance Accountable for scheduling interviews across various time zones and coordinating medical appointments and background checks. Generate contracts for new hires, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements. Manage the onboarding process of new employees within the system. Resolve tickets for position creation, recruitment requisitions, and position updates following the SLA, providing follow-ups and excellent customer service.
