I worked in the Appfolio account providing customer service via phone calls, emails, and text messages regarding maintenance services to make sure different properties were being managed properly. When the tenants had any maintenance issues which could include repairs around the house, broken appliances or different pests, they would upload a maintenance order through our platform and we as agents were in charge to review and manage those cases when an inbound call was received. Also, the agents were in charge to contact the needed person depending on the situation (technicians, pest control, property managers or owners) so the issue could be resolved properly following the property's policies.
