CurrentManagement of the AdOperations team at seedtag (more than 30 people), which includes: - Recruiting, onboarding and training of the new members - Setting up standard processes aligned with the company mission/vision/values - Replicating the ad-ops structure on new markets from scratch and adapting them -when necessary- to the market needs - Organising and setting the best communication channels with the team involved in our daily job - Developing new skills with the team to guarantee the best service in terms of operations - Controlling performance with quarterly reviews and setting new goals to push them to be the best version of theirselves - Identifying issues -short/long term- and sorting them out with the different teams in the company - Coordinating with product to develop new tools and processes to facilitate the team's job
