• Conducts interviews for available Salary positions, handles resume response, and arranges second interviews with department heads, as appropriate. (supporting role)
• Becomes familiar with all Salary placement needs, and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of such; works closely with assigned departments to ensure their hiring needs are met. (supporting role)
• Prepares and posts notices of Internal Job Postings, in compliance with Company policies and procedures. Maintains company notice boards.
• Conducts new-hire orientation, ensuring that appropriate paperwork is in order; follows up on any missing information.
• Ensures that vacancies are approved by CAB or HTC as appropriate.
• Attends the weekly meeting with the recruitment team to establish priorities, strategies and review progress in the processes.
