• Gathers and assembles background information and analyses as needed by Account Executives/Account Managers in the development of briefs, etc. • Provides administrative assistance to Account Executives/Account Managers on a day-to-day activities for assigned clients, including responding to client phone calls, emails, production, creative deadlines, media placements, etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow in the absence of the assigned account executive. • Stay aware of client activities to provide backup when Account Executives/Account Managers are unavailable and assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships. • Provides input in planning stage as requested by Account Executives/Account Managers. Assists in mailings, word processing final copy, agendas, conference reports, proposals, correspondence and other materials related to account service (except billing, production quotes/purchase orders, media plans), and prepares the above for client presentations. • Handles paperwork and maintains files on all client activities, their competitors and their industries; maintains client correspondence file, approvals, copy, forms/documents, supplies for daily processing and tracking of account serve work, etc. • Make sure all media and projects proceed according to plan and deadlines, drawing attention to Account Executives/Account Managers and Director of Media Services to potential problems before they occur and ensure client satisfaction. • Responsible for proofreading copy, artwork, printers’ proofs and color separations; sees that all work completes the standard agency approval process before being reviewed by clients or turned over to suppliers. • Assist with competitive research of client industries and provide input to Account Executives/Account Managers. • Provide web site traffic reports, social media, and email blast campaign reports for clients. • Create social media calendars for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
