As a customer service respresentative my goal  is to manage the reviwe and process of incoming RMAs and credits to ensure compliance with the company policies, mitigation of risk, optimization of cost, manage claims and holding up of commercial standars to enhance customer experience and satisfaction During my professional career I have acquired experience in continuous improvement processes. What I like most about my job is that I am the contact between logistics team and the customer for loading, shipping and managing all the require documentation to ship the order.
