-Develop growth strategies for Wine and reunion products categories based on tendencies.-Generate strategies to increase customer traffic and sales of the categories in our stores.-Follow up of the category business plans with all mexico regions for an adequate implementation.-Follow up of business KPIs for the discovery of insights to drive change.-Evaluate promotional results to develop strategies based on analytics. -Generate ideas on how to improve sales performance.-Generate ad-hoc analysis in response to organizational requests and to support business cases.-Support promotional activities aligned with product strategy.-Executing and evaluating the current strategies of the category.-Coordinate pricing process due to cost increases with business partners and across the organization.

-Perfom quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist senior leaders in evaluating scenarios to solve business opportunities.-Support senior leaders in developing growth strategies.-Generate ideas on how to improve sales performance.-Generate ad-hoc analysis in response to organizational requests and to support business cases.-Manage negotiations with business partners on Sonora, Coahuila, Jalisco and Monterrey region.-Manage profits income of beer category.-Follow up of the category business plans with all mexico regions for an adequate implementation.-Follow up of the product recuperation margin due to promotions.-Coordinate the implementation of the communication strategy on social media, radio and t.v. of beer promotions.-Coordinate pricing process due to cost increases with business partners and across the organization. -Coordinate temporalities promotional beer process to increase market share and capitalize sales during special periods of time with tendencies of growth.-Manage promotions to increase Heineken beer market share.
