Activities and communication materials included community listening sessions, community surveys, mailers, factsheet, website, e-newsletters, social media contents, hybrid public hearings, and stakeholder & jurisdictional partner briefings.•Served as Public Information Officer for Charter Commission where I managed, coordinated and responded to all media inquiries. Built and maintained relationships with reporters, talked on background, coordinated interviews, and prepped and debriefed interviews.
