Education materials included information on ranked choice voting, multi-member districts and mayor-council form of government.•Developed and executed the Charter Commission's culturally appropriate & multi-lingual community engagement activities and education materials for a variety of audiences. Activities and communication materials included community listening sessions, community surveys, mailers, factsheet, website, e-newsletters, social media contents, hybrid public hearings, and stakeholder & jurisdictional partner briefings.•Served as Public Information Officer for Charter Commission where I managed, coordinated and responded to all media inquiries. Built and maintained relationships with reporters, talked on background, coordinated interviews, and prepped and debriefed interviews. Developed and distributed media advisories, public notices and press releases to media list of 150 reporters. •Develop, designed, and administered engagement and communication databases and data sets. •Assembled, analyzed, and interpreted data from a variety of sources to identify trends and irregularities to inform the charter review process and decision making.
