I work alongside my business partner, Cecilia Cahill, every day to make our business stronger. We are small, but our popularity is slowly growing, and we see a store front within the next two years. In my position as editor, I make the photos "picture perfect" with Photoshop and other tools. I've also designed flyers, gift certificates, and our logo. I.

I see that all of the guests I come into contact with leave happy, and with a full stomach. I serve them with a smile, and am quick to act. I don't leave the kitchen without first making sure everything is perfect, because the happiness of my customers is dependent upon me.

I worked in the Wireless department, and did my best to outfit my clients with the latest phones, gear, and accessories. I constantly exhumed information from the web to keep up with all the newest technologies, and even got some amazing insight from Fry's. I set up new cell phone accounts, added new lines, and upgraded phones.

I did many, if not all, front-of-house positions, but they were all done with the guest in mind. I did my best to keep the smiles on everyone's faces. Order taking, cleaning the dining room, and handling drive thru was a breeze.
