Acquired 10% increase in the vendors availability at CodinGuru 2.0 food street. Negotiated with 50 vendors, communicated with OSA (office of student affairs) and partnered with other two societies to maximize the vendors availability under tight deadlines and restricted budget.

Devised complete module for the virtual competition. Documented product specification from scratch and defined judging criteria to minimize plagiarism without any technical team under strict timeline.

Designed and managed society webpage which is currently hosted at fintra.lums.edu.pk.

Successfully conducted two food drives. Collected 30KG food from BAKELY, Pakistan and distributed approximately 95 meals among deserving children and women at Rabi Pirzada Foundation.

Achieved 50% increase in the Rizq Yearly Fundraisers. Communicated with above 2000 on-campus students to exceed the target of 5,00,000 PKR with a new team and a newly arrived society.
