A polyester products manufacturing plant located in Mansehra with weekly production capacity of 1.5 tons of ball fiber polyester and its products. We Successfully carried out the upgradation of plant but installation of new machineries i.e wadding roller, cross lapper, trimmer and 3 phase motors.We upgraded the manually operated system to a semi-automated level by using sensors, PLCs, RTU with relays. Made the supervision easy with digital monitoring that increased the working efficiency and resulted the reduce of labor working hours.
