My role blends leadership with technical expertise across advisory services and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects and develop methodologies for advisory work- Lead and mentor the team- Build and maintain client relationships- Engage with industry stakeholders, including charge point operators, fleet operators, and government agencies- Conduct techno-economic analysis to evaluate EV charging site feasibility- Perform modelling and strategic planningKey Projects:- ACT EV Charging Investment Framework, ACT Government- EV-Friendly Tourist Drives, NSW Government- NSW EV Charging Investment Strategy, Transport for NSW- Fleet Transition Plans and EV Infrastructure Strategies, various local councils including Sunshine Coast (QLD), Shire of Byron Bay (NSW), and Shire of Murray (WA)- Techno-economic assessment for charging infrastructure roll-out, RACV and VIVA Energy- Mapping tool for public EV charging infrastructure, Southeast Michigan- Network-wide EV modelling for Ausgrid, Western Power, South Australian Power Network, Essential Energy, and Endeavour Energy- Power modelling for electric bus depots in NSW - Transport for NSW- Charging Infrastructure Plan for 110 sites across 10 Tasmanian government agencies- National EV Mapping Project, DCCEEW (Federal Government)
