My experience includes comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications, focusing on critical functionalities such as bank transfers, cash pickups, wallet transactions, airtime top-ups, and bill payments. I have worked closely with developers to identify and resolve bugs, using Jira, Bookstack and Google Sheets for efficient tracking and resolution.
