I am working in polymer production unit. I worked in erection, commissioning & start-up of 650 MTPD polymer plant designed by Lurgi, Germany. During this I coordinated with Lurgi personals for DCS system (Delta V 11.3) installation, control loops checking, testing of plant on full capacity (Warranty Run). I am involved in preparing plant SOP’s and validating P & ID. Now a days responsible for plant operation.

I was responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant facilities to meet production targets by validating, analyzing and explaining results and operating data.

I worked on polymer production unit. During this I gained hand-on experience of working on PLC. I actively participated in annual shut down and start up activities. I worked as trainer for operators and supervisors to ensure that their knowledge was updated periodically.
