Datacom, Transmission, Access and Power Projects initiation, execution, handover and closure tasks management and followup for timeluly closure. customer and supplier field teams coordination for quality deliverables. Internal KPIs (Revenue, Billing and Collection) control managememt & reporting.Delivery projects risks & assumptions handling, execution and closure. Projects progress reporting internal and customer management.
