Delivery of desktop management services and remote servers/mainframes, and client specific applications to Schlumberger and two external clients, UTMB in Galveston (20,000 users), and Seton (11,000) in Galveston. Worked closely to manage and support LAN/WAN networks including, circuits, routers, hubs, switches, mainframes and servers. Most of these were Cisco hardware. Support for clinical applications, business applications, NT/Unix, networking and security, LAN/WAN. Compass project, responsible for initiation, implementation and ongoing support of this new application that was rolled out to the entire Seton Healthcare system. Trained employees and clients of Seton on the use and support of this application. Trained new employees on use of proprietary applications, client specific applications, networking, Remedy ticketing system, quality assurance, service delivery, and virtual private networks.
