Key Responsibilities Data Mining,  Utilizing Techniques to interpret data, analyze results, and reports.  Preparing internal and external reports for Consumer Credit to Core Credit Committee of the Bank and State Bank of Pakistan.  Dash Boards, Demographic Analysis of data.  Budget Planning and Future forecasting.  Evaluating data sets to identify, analyze, and interpret trends.  Collaborating with senior management teams to prioritize business requirements and identify the opportunities for process improvements  Implementation & designing of new processes and procedures with Consumer Credit.  Implementation of Systems.

• Conducting competition analysis monthly to analyze the performance with competition and to match the bank’s product features.• Implementing strategies through MIS for keeping records in an efficient way of all secured and unsecured products Collections Status, country-wide to ensure staff performance.• Maintained MIS of daily and monthly activities of the staff and coordinate to resolve all the disputed matters according to designed format.• Actively participate and Administrating CWX & Voice recording solutions in the collection.• Maintaining Delinquency / GCL MIS of All Products.• Handling Compliant related to Collections• Repayment and Reconciliation of payments made by the defaulter customer.• Preparing Settlement Proposal for defaulter Customer.• Coordination with Audit Group for process and Controls.• Doing Analysis of entire portfolio on vintage basis.• Annual Budget Preparing. • Designing and Implementation of new process and Controls• Working on Collections Operations development.• Conduct regular training for front end staff on policy changes, documentation, and new campaign launches• To maintain compliance with SBP regulation for the product• Coordinate with Accounts for county-wide expenses• Coordinate with HR for hiring and firing of Sales Staff• Preparation of incentive and salaries of contractual staff• Monitoring the performance of CO, CM, RCM and NCM.• Maintaining the MIS related to Collections as per required by Head of Collections. •
