-Handled tasks involving setup and maintenance of game machines and other devices in terms of software while also building machines to meet the needs of customers. Also identified and corrected performance issues.-Led the Quality Assessment team by designing and implementing an effective procedure for checking overall health and inspection of machines before being shipped out.-Oversaw testing and implementation of machines from early stages through final assessment.-Visited locations in need of service and performed troubleshooting on any and all technical issues presented while communicating with the owner about future steps to fix the issues.
