Took a leadership role in recruiting, assigning, training, and coordinating all volunteers for the Doon Pioneer Park Community Association (Neighborhood Association). As a board of director member, actively participated in the governance of the association by helping set and review its mission, vision, and strategic goals. Ensured the association's financial sustainability by participating in budget planning, financial oversight, and fundraising/programming efforts.
