Hi, I am Soham De and I am a Manager - Solution Architect in CBRE GWS Smart FM Solutions, where I deal with the solution design of Internet of Things (IoT) in buildings and facilities to make them more energy-time-resource efficient, all the while working with state-of-the-art technology to achieve the same.Earlier, I was a Customer Services Professional in Siemens. The sole aim was the delivery of services to each and every customer with top class quality assurance and keeping in mind stringent timelines to avoid prolonged downtimes of systems. Customers are our paymasters, and with that vision in mind, it was my top priority and a privilege to satisfy the customers on each of the requirements, quality, punctuality, health and safety, and last but not the least, value addition to help the customers run their organisations more efficiently.Apart from the Automation and IoT that is part of my daily corporate life, I have a special interest in the field of Automotive Engineering, and the Energy Management sector. My interest in these fields grew during my college life and through the various training modules that I came across during my internship.I worked as an intern under Siemens Students Program (SSP). SSP involved classroom training in winter, where I undertook courses on Mechatronics and Automation, and Inplant Training in summer in the Manufacturing department of Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS) Factory of Siemens Aurangabad Works. I utilized this opportunity to maximize the knowledge and insight gained about both the technicalities involved and the corporate life in general.I am hugely motivated to learn as much as possible in each day of my corporate life, and to implement those learnings in my work with a mindset of being a better professional with every passing day.I would like to connect with people in my company, industry and related domains.
