*Looking after the West Bengal Public Distribution System for FPS Automation.*Managing the distribution of various spare parts required to run an Epos.*Daily field monitoring and reporting it to the senior level.*Mapping and transferring of deceased FPS license to new FPS by the instructions of the Food & Supply, WB. *Mapping of faulty Epos to new Epos. *Day to day resolutions of various field level problems.*Recording the payments made by the FPS for various spare parts.*Providing resolutions for ultimate growth and development in the Food and Supply Automation process.

*Creation of Agent Log in Food & Supply Government of WB, E-KYC dashboard. *Daily monitoring of Agents working in the field level. *Creation of various reports in reference to E-KYC database. *Daily report to senior level.
