Metal-Gas Interface Simulation and Absorption StudyIn collaboration with the US Department of Energy, we fit DFT data to UF3 potentials and utilize LAMMPS to perform MD simulations, investigating metal-gas interface interactions to understand absorption characteristics and detect specific physical and chemical phenomena.2. Machine Learning-Driven Nanomaterial Cytotoxicity Prediction for Product DevelopmentI lead the development and management of a comprehensive database on nanomaterials cytotoxicity. Utilizing computational tools and methodologies, including Python for scripting, TensorFlow and Scikit-learn for machine and deep learning, and Pandas and NumPy for data analysis, I develop sophisticated algorithms to predict nanomaterial toxicity across various conditions.
