I am a passionate and driven semiconductor module engineer with several years of experience in substrate technology development focusing on copper electroplating and plasma treatments. I have also worked on process development in these areas, focusing on developing new chemistries, recipes, and other novel solutions. This has also given me the opportunity to own several key manufacturing tools and work with them through their lifetime, from install to demo, supporting and expanding their capabilities where possible. Aside from my direct engineering responsibilities, I am the quality champions for my area, tasked with ensuring PCS compliant output.I completed my master’s thesis on designing a novel zinc-air battery system using catalysts derived from metal organic frameworks. Beyond this, I have extensive research experience in electrochemistry, battery technology, and biological applications of materials science along with undergraduate hands-on education in nanofabrication and semiconductor device design. Experience with techniques such as: SEM, TEM, XRD, EDS, cyclic voltammetry, battery testing, cell fabrication, chromatography, chemical synthesis, materials characterization, tensile testing, semiconductor manufacture/properties, plasma physics, electroplating, electrochemistryI have received several awards throughout my undergraduate education at Cornell University in academics, design, and research. Additionally, I have been awarded two fellowships for my graduate studies through the Cockrell School of Engineering and UT Austin Graduate School.
