I'm excited to apply my knowledge and skills to contribute to a dynamic organization and continue to learn and grow in a professional environment.JOB PROFILE • Handle all Export Documents (Invoice, Packing List, Checklist, SDF, LEO, Cart in Order, Container Booking Letter, DFAI copy, LUT, E-SEAL Permission copy, FEMA, ETP copy, Scomet Certificate, PQ, Survey Report, Fumigation Certificates etc.)• Handel the PDP Group TMS Software.• Managed all shipment through PDP Group Software including invoices, Packing List, Checklist, Cart in Order, Leo, Dock Chalan copy.• Making Daily Service Report (DSR).• Apply Cart in Order.• Making ETP.• Shipping Bill upload in ODEX system.• Making VGM.• VGM upload in ODEX system and Shipping Line website.• Making Scomet Certificate.• Planning the Transportation with Transport team.• Making Monthly Report.• E-Seal uploading for CFS RFID and normal RFID both.• Take approval for any additional cost from Exporter. • Daily Basis Tracking all Shipments and inform consent Parties.• Follow up for timely Shipment, vessel, and Containers with Shipping Line.• Attend and monitor regular shipment and enquiries.• Handling the Back Office Jobs.• Coordinates with every Customers.• Coordinating with the different Shipping liner.• Other activity related to Logistics.EXPERIENCE PROFILEPresently Working as a Executive CB - Export in PDP Group, Kolkata.Worked as an Operation Executive – Import in Insynergy Supply Chain Solutions (P) Ltd.
