• End-to-end implementation support, providing Salesforce expertise to the account throughout the project lifecycle.• Work with development team to provide business requirements, assist with UT scenarios, and ensure an end-to-end model of the solution to support quality technical solutions.• Support the implementation process, both internally from a Project Management perspective, and externally supporting our clients.

• Implement data model and formulate business solutions by converting business workflow into Salesforce.• Experience integrating and maintaining Salesforce org with an external WordPress website by setting up web-to-lead forms and automate business processes using Workflow Rules and Process Builder.• Develop, maintain, and improve Visualforce pages, Apex customizations and custom objects.• Create flowcharts, user guides and create documentation for the project.• Setup web-to-lead, create custom objects, custom fields, validations, roll-up summary fields.• Manage user administration by creating roles, profiles, permission sets and customizing page layouts, jointly customizing Apex classes and Visualforce pages.• Collaborate with project manager and team members utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Manage retail duties, including cashier work, interact and assist customers with questions and purchases to increase sales.• Guide customers on purchases based on interests, promotions and other sales parameters.• Perform stock tasks, merchandise transfer, and inventory control.
