Achieved a 36% reduction in the processing times.- Revamped the order confirmation process by introducing innovative and automated improvements, achieving a massive 66% decrease in order confirmation time from 2.72 hours to 0.92 hours and contributing to increased customer satisfaction.- Reduced invoice processing times for suppliers by integrating OCR and removing the manual dependency for review and approval streamlining the payment processing times for the finance teams.

Managing various product integrations and other tax compliance-related features on the platform. Worked on integrations like Office 365, G Suite, G-Auth, Avalara integration, GST E-Invoicing, and the Mobile App for B2B users on our platform. Coordinate with various stakeholders and teams - Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc to make sure all the requirements are gathered and implemented on time.

Working with the product management team to create and manage content for knowledge base, also write copy for landing pages of products. Create story boards for videos. Additional responsibilities include testing apps, creating mock-ups for product integrations, and peer review product flows.
