Creating posts for social media for a brand.

Participating in the portrayal of 'Peter Pan' by J.M. Barrie proved to be a magical adventure, particularly when assuming the role of the story's antagonist. I am honored to have been cast as Captain J Hook in the 25th silver jubilee production of the Bangalore School of Speech and Drama. Serving as an integral member of the main cast and concurrently contributing as a backstage team member, the production engaged over 70 students spanning ages 8 to 17.This theatrical endeavor reached a professional caliber, demanding rigorous commitment with daily rehearsals during the final three weeks, where we dedicated six hours each day. Executing a production of such magnitude is both aspiring and challenging. Resisting the inclination to seek repose is a constant struggle, but the awareness that an extraordinary effort is required compels one to give their utmost.Our performances, totaling four shows at the St. John's Auditorium, accommodated an audience of a thousand people per show, amassing an overall viewership exceeding four thousand attendees. As a backstage team member, I came to realize the pivotal role we play in the success of the production. This experience was not only uplifting but also instilled a desire to relive the entire journey given the opportunity.Find attached the behind the scenes of our play!

On this Annual Day, I was elevated to the position of Production Manager, entrusted with leading a team of approximately 30 students. I relish the role of being a leader. Our primary assignment was to orchestrate a 'Nukkad Natak,' a street play in English, from the ground up. This encompassed tasks such as scriptwriting, casting, directing, executing, and managing. Simultaneously, we had other responsibilities to complete, including artwork, a promotional video, and more.However, we encountered internal team conflicts along the way, which posed a significant hurdle. Recognizing the issue, we endeavoured to address and rectify it in the subsequent years.Embarking on this endeavour was particularly exhilarating because our team had not previously delved into the realm of Nukkad Nataks. Learning to convey a story through this unique format presented its own set of challenges. Despite the unfamiliar territory, our efforts bore fruit as we clinched awards for 'Best Make-up,' 'Best Actor,' and 'Best Sound.'

Not your ordinary annual day. Here the students are the makers and creators. Just given a topic, we were required to write a script, cast our actors, practice, hit record and finally edit. A total of about 30 kids, there is a director, a producer and a core team of 4 to ensure the management of the production, the adminstration of kids(8-14 age grp) and the other billion things alike. I was a part of this core team. We, the core team(all 6), didvided ourselves into three groups, I was head of Dance with my friend Krish. We choreographed original dances for the play. I was responsible for calling and getting in touch with all the parents may it be regarding their wards' costume or extra rehersals. And I was the only editor in the house. Dare I say the whole process was taxing. But this is the kind of thing I like, I just like being the leader and managing things, it just makes me happy. I find the exhausting part fun for some darn reason. It paid off, we won about 8 of the total 14 trophies to win, I got a certificate for the best core-team member and one for best editing.

Directed, Acted and edited 3 promotional videos for a brand. Even wrote the script for one of those. The idea was to make 3 videos across 3 different Indian festivals. Namely, RakhshaBandhan, Dussera and Diwali. We got 2 other people to write the script for the 1st and 2nd video. There were only 2 actors, me and one of my friend. She was a real fuss to work with so I believe you can also add the "Managed" title there. Overall the video's turned out great. And the internship was a good experience.
