1 – Sales and Marketing as a Service (SmaaS)- Ideation, concept explorations, User research(Foundational Research through surveys, interviews and competitive analysis), Empathy mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, Prototyping, Design Research, responsive design & A/B Testing.- Created interaction strategies that helped in Navigation and User flows. Designed wireframes, user interface, user-system interaction, design system and interactive low/high fidelity prototypes of the software, organizing content and advocating business needs and goals.Outcomes - The SmaaS application improved productivity of Executive Assistants and Sales teams, reducing manual tasks and also the experience of using SMaaS improved a lot. 2 – Patient Health Record (PHR)- Created storyboards and personas as per user research and implemented them in design decisions.- Created concepts, visual mockups and specifications, the user experience of the software, and represented designs to the product team.- Communicate & Collaborate with the Development team, Researcher, and managers to successfully complete and hand over the designs.- Understand and empathize with user problems and come up with effective solutions.Outcomes- The Agnos PHR app is built for payers and patients. I helped in this project improving the accessibility of the product and added new features allowing enhanced user experience of the product.
