• Collaborate with the Engineering team to reduce production losses caused by breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.• Provide support for preventive maintenance, including scheduling and record-keeping.• Update breakdown reports in the system and assist with safety work permits.• Manage engineering stores and spare parts inventory.• Oversee efficient maintenance of machinery and utilities, including chillers, screw-type rotary air compressors, RO plants, cooling towers, fire hydrants, and STP plants.• Maintain logbooks and other essential documentation.• Monitor stock levels of dosing chemicals and consumables for utilities, and manage water consumption costs in line with design criteria and production requirements.
