Act as the focal point within TIBCO for all assigned Inform Cloud customers. Serve as the subject matter expert providing guidance and addressing challenges.

• Project manager for the INFORM CAP (Construction Application Platform) – a software solution that encompasses in one offering all the wrap-up administration and claim handling needs of an owner or general contractor.
• Work with customers to identify the challenges our products can solve.
• Provide marketing and sales support.

• Perform initial on-boarding of new accounts, ensuring successful conversion and retention.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify unexpected patterns and trends.
• Provide customer insight to production management on what improvement is needed.
• Keep customers informed of process and procedural changes.

• Perform daily loads according to specifications in the load procedures.
• Utilize designed reports to analyze and interpret the accuracy of data.
• Edit and process data to meet client requirements.
• Follow-up on clients’ inquiries about the status of their data.
• Contact vendor’s to check data delivery status.

• Document different SQL tables in the reinsurance application.
• Execute test scenarios and report errors to the development team.
• Review and update existing load documentation.
