CurrentResponsible for smooth and efficient running of the organization. The key responsibilities will include providing overall direction, running of day to day operation, coordination, implementation, overseeing the current portfolio of work, completion of MEP work and also meeting consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.Role mentioned is also responsible for implementing company’s process and procedures related to other support functions and developing/ implementing company's Business Plan and all Business Development activities and ensuring the business operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness and meeting agreed KPIs.Key Responsibilities•Managing & responsibility for profit & loss•Business Development•Tendering & Bid preparation•Responsible for budgeting, production planning, staffing, and inventory levels•Full financial responsibility - including reviews & analysis of expenditure•Develop operations plan and direct overall activities to assist in achieving total construction objectives•Ensure and monitor project progress and/or delays and take corrective steps so as to meet Projects deadline.•To implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual•Organizational restructuring, recruiting, training and development along with succession planning in coordination with the HR Dept at Corporate level.•To lead and mentor a team of Mechanical and Electrical Managerson Site so as to obtain best results in line with the agreed goals.•To oversee and enforce the implementation of HSE by MEP Contractors• Group Corporate areas to assure a streamlined business process and comply with Corporate guidelines.
