 Job entailed working under Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Sub-Contractor bill checking and recovery done in EIP as per debit note provided by Stores, Safety and Time office, also involved in rectification of Queries raised by SSC.  Monthly Bank reconcilation statement. Daily cash Verification and preparation of Daily Day book. Daily physical stock verification. Preparation of Lease agreement. Cost Vs Revenue ledger Reconcilation Monthly. Quarter closing annexure: - Deposits Schedule, Provisions, etc Sub-contractor ledger reconcilation Responsible for VAT/ Service Tax / WCT month report and the same sent to RTI. Cash, Bank and Treasury operations - Cash & Bank Vouchers Daily dispatch. Performance report updation. Checking of subcontractor PF / Wages Sheet. Responsible for maintain all records of Accounts. Vendor Registration Updation of S/c Details in EIP e.g. (Bank account / Service Tax No. / Tin No. Etc.) Preparation of monthly Out of pocket exp as per Norms. Preparation of monthly house rent for Staff. Preparation of LOI for vendors e.g. ( Conveyance Vehicle ) Recording of Staff attendance. Vouching and Preparation of monthly expense Statement and the same sent to HQ. Taking care of all staff matters (joining, Releasing, Form C, Mediclaim etc.) SSC S/C Clearance. Invoice & Recoveries Statement / TDS Reco. - for getting TDS Certificate being pending - With the client and O/s Statement.  Overhead Statement - Account code / Recon Wise
