 Greet the guests. I introduce myself and present any daily specials. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and Glassware. Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as Required.

 Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards Ensure proper centrepieces are displayed on every table. Handling guest complaints  Ensuring the compliance with all safety and hygiene standards at work; supervising and reporting in case of any problem, injury or unsafe condition occurring in the restaurant to the higher manage Perform other job duties as reasonably assigned by higher managers

 Supervise waiter in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures Responsible for the over all sanitation and cleanliness of the outlet during the shift. Coordinates with the Chef de Partie, concerning special menus, availability of menu items and changes in the menu

 Cleans and re-stocks service stations before leaving the shift Refill Garnishes/Condiment Rolling Silverware & Linens
