Managed full life-cycle of recruitment.• Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment for Healthcare locum tenens/contract positions for CVS, Walgreens, PharMerica, Magellan Health and various facilities.• Maintaining, updating, tracking of resumes submittals, closures, requirements database.• Negotiate with candidates on the pay rate and pre-screen the candidates and qualify them for the client’s needs.• Keeping in touch with the candidates to make sure they join the client’s site.• Working with managers for position requirements and creating sourcing strategies.• Effectively recruit candidates through various job portals like JobDiva, RecruitX, Career Builder and Monster.• Expertise in talent sourcing using Boolean search.

Managing the daily claim and investigate where check the claim is genuine or fraud. Before settlement of the claim check the all the documents like policy, driving license, RC and coordinate with the the garage and in house assessor(IHA).Preparing the daily claim report and update the claim status in company software. Check the daily PCR(pre claim report) and FCR(Final claim report).
