Managing a World Bank-funded project, "Plastic Free Rivers and Seas for South Asia," as a commercial entity in Bangladesh. Led the development of a market system by establishing seven plastic Recycling Business Units (RBUs). Formed partnerships with CDIP as the implementing partner and seven local business partners to operationalize the RBUs. Developed Environment and Social Management Plans (ESMP) in collaboration with regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance with laws and World Bank policies. Led stakeholder engagement to promote climate resilience through partnerships with local communities, government bodies, and associations. • Fully reviews drawings & specifications in preparation of subcontractor scope.
