QUOODA® Workplace Governance Risk Compliance (W-GRC) is a cloud based and on-premises enterprise application for governance risk and compliance. Working as a supervisor for application and professional services, project managing new software development and prototyping GUI of the application through user stories and business requirements gathered from various sources.Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):• Business value assessment - providing assessments of the business value specific to the clients intended outcomes that can be achieved through using the applications and supporting services. • Project management – including rapid to advanced deployment of applications and associated 3rd party solutions. • Business analysis – Understanding BAU (Business As Usual) requirements and new business requirements and developing business requirement documents.• UX Designing – Visualising the requirements and prototyping application through user stories. • Application consulting – providing advisory and tools for the client in order to understand and make decisions around how best they can exploit the capabilities of the application.• Support & service management. • Operating support desk - including 1st line, 2nd line from time to time. • Assisting with design of professional services catalogue. • Demonstration – to various stakeholders as well as creating demonstration plans that support a sales strategy. • Recruitment and operations of partners/suppliers - providing support & professional services to our clients. • Demand and availability planning to ensure that support and services are aligned to volume and capabilities required. • Design of operating level agreements and underpinning contracts in order to deliver the agreed SLAs. • Providing various presales support – including supporting bid management content development.
