1. Establishment of the Operational Excellence OPEX  Lean Continuous Improvement Strategy, and drive the deployment of that strategy through tactical planning and execution   2. Provides guidance and applies technical knowledge to provide support on more complex Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.   3. Work to minimize wastes of time, money, materials, energy, and other resources and line losses at all stages of Knitting, knit dyeing, yarn dyeing, printing, finishing, quality, and lab department.4. Establish and Empower OPEX team to implement Operational Excellence Road Map across the organization   Coaches, guides, and trains the subordinate members on quality assurance and lean principles, and assists in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System(QMS).   5.Introduce TPM for effective maintenance and focuses on keeping all equipment in top condition to avoid breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes.   6. Develop the central Operational Excellence team and program by actively networking with peers from the community and promote the culture of sharing best practices.
