Establish and Empower OPEX team to implement Operational Excellence Road Map across the organization Coaches, guides, and trains the subordinate members on quality assurance and lean principles, and assists in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System(QMS). 5.Introduce TPM for effective maintenance and focuses on keeping all equipment in top condition to avoid breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes. 6. Develop the central Operational Excellence team and program by actively networking with peers from the community and promote the culture of sharing best practices.

Work with production for continuous improvement for manufacturing methods, systems and controls. Coordinate with production team to resolve production gap.
