• Directly managed 20+ Technical Designers and 10+ Pattern Makers across women’s brands including POLO, POLO Performance, Blue Label, RRL, Rugby, Golf, Factory Outlet, and Off Price.• Led the execution of technical design and fit intent into bulk production, while maintaining corporate standards and RL aesthetics. • Developed and implemented ‘How to Measure’ guide and grading rules for consistency and efficiencies as well as strategy metrics, ensuring accountability at all levels of technical design and continuity of team.• Protected brand integrity through fit continuity including systemic processes such as blocks, construction standards, and global utilization of resources as set by the functional leadership and cross functional team.• Traveled to sourcing offices and factories to work with technical teams to troubleshoot and understand factory capabilities.• Proactively engaged with business partners to resolve issues and recommended viable options for resolution.• Collaborated cross-functionally to deliver on metrics, Participate and lead departmental and cross-functional meetings.

• Worked with Charles Nolan to execute company’s fit intent and aesthetics from prototype and show room samples, and managed all fit comments and pattern corrections from prototype to production with vendors and factories.• Supervised and managed Pattern Makers and sample room, and established spec system and grading to improve efficiency and ensure fit consistency.

• Presided over 18 Product Development Technicians and 26 Production Pattern Makers. Conducted all production fittings for St. John factories and overseas contractors in all category across St. John brands (Couture, Collection, Evening, Sports, Golf, Spa). • Worked with in house Shima to approve knit blanket sizes for cut and sew styles as well as Manufacturing and Quality Control teams to ensure final production quality from factories. • Attended weekly quality control meeting and final production release meeting with Head of Merchant, and worked directly with St. John factory to speed up production.• Set up blocks to maintain fit consistence and improve productivity.
